Stainless Steel & Glass Balustrade Installation Doncaster

This customer had a tired old balustrade on their first floor balcony.

The flat roof of the balcony needed replacing and they decided they wanted the balustrade to have a more modern look.

As the flat roof is of timber construction it needed to be lightweight and strong so 316 grade stainless steel posts and handrails were used with 10mm toughened glass panels

The handrails were fixed to the walls to give extra strength, the bases of the posts were sealed to prevent water ingress to the room below.

This now makes the flat roof area a usable and safe space.
